playing AAC files on a TV DVD player
I find that most TV DVD players will play the MP3 music files on a music DVD (data disc) burned with iTunes. But they don't seem to play the AAC files. I find that strange, in view of the major players behind AAC (Sony, Apple, Dolby etc.)
This is the only disadvantage to AAC that I've come across so far.
So my question is : does anyone know of a TV DVD player that does play AAC music files, burned from iTunes, onto a DVD data disc.
(I'm getting ready to buy a DVD player at the moment, and I'd prefer one that can play AAC files, if such a thing actually exists.)
