No, but you can get adapters to transfer stuff like pics across from your camera.
And it comes with a lead to plug in your PC. What did you have in mind?

Buy a camera connection kit that will solve your usb port problem. Not sure where you live,but the posted price may vary,as this a U.S site.
Yep the camera connection kit (as per Swebbie and Barry) is the way to go. £26 from Currys Digital. Have not tried for general files but for photos with the SD adapter that comes with it is great.
But as Swebbie says what did you intend to use for?
