Lost some of my GB loop library-how to find and restore?

I have gb 09. We just installed a bigger hardrive on my mac book pro. We did time mahine before installing. We re-installed the operating system. All seemed fine until I went to use my cello loops today and most of my string loops are gone. All that remains are international string loops like Afgan this and Brazilian that. The original libray must be somewhere on the computer since we restored my programs and settings using time machine right after we installed the hardrive. Any advice as to how to get my library back to normal?Thre very well may be more loops missing. I know my "favorites" page is missing all my string loops and most likely more.
