IPod Touch stopped all of a sudden and it won't turn on or take a charge

Try holding the power button and the home button for 10 seconds, maybe more if necessary. Works everytime for me. 🙂 Hope this helps. If not, take it into an Apple store... That being said, if it's an iPod with a jb version of iOS, they won't doing anything about it. Jb, destoys the waranty on it. :\
