keyboard wakeup failed

Since an few days my wireless keyboard and mouse don't not wake up my macbook pro. I used the macbook daily for ma work and finished in hyernate mode. At home I fixed the display and powerunit, kept the mybook closed and started OSX with clicking on the wireless keyboard and everything was fine. Since a few days this procedure did not work. I changed nothing. My tribleshooting: I have paired the keyboard and mouse serveral times, started osx an few times, changed the batteries two times, but no changes. Are thre any changing in osx?
