Purchased a new PC last week.
Transferred my itunes to it. Authorized the computer.
I am wanting to purchase some apps and it keeps giving me a message that I need a valid billing address....I checked it, erased it, re entered it..restarted my computer...still won't work.
Any suggestions?
In your billing address for your account, make sure that ALL the letters in your address are capitalized. example. eau claire- this WILL HAVE TO BE ENTERED AS EAU CLAIRE, otheriwse itunes wil not recognize it as a legitimate address
Nope...changed it, checked it, changed it, renetered it, changed to paypal, tried a different credit card, NOTHING IS WORKING.
I guess they don't want my money....
I have the same problem, except, I don't have a new computer. I have tried EVERYTHING.
