Can I charge my iPad using 220v power in the UK?

I am on travel in the UK from the USA. Can I charge my iPad using 220v without any special adapters?

You need a plug adapter so that your plug will fit into the wall socket. Nothing else is needed.

Yes. Look at the small print on the Apple supplied adapter... it's designed for worldwide voltages. Although, as Bob said, you may need a plug adapter.
