Best "wipe clean" method?

I just replaced my new iMac 27" 3.2GHz with a BRAND new iMac 27" 2.7GHz QuadCore i5. I have everything transferred over that I need. How do I wipe the "old" iMac clean for shipping back to Apple?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.7), 2.7 Ghz Quad - Core Intel Core i5

Use the Disk Utility on its original disks to erase the hard drive. You may then want to install an OS.
