I have got iphone4 by 3network , and to active my handset by itunes I have charged a few times , but it should be free ! Please tell me the reason

Dear Sir/Madam

I would like to inform you that I have got IPHONE4 by 3network , and after active my handset by itunes , I have charged a few times .

And I don't know the reason . The charges are from my HSBC bank account by visa debit , not direct debit . Would you mind to stop the charge and find and tell me the reason , please ? If It has done by mistake from Itunes , might you refund the payments to my account , please ?

cancel your iTunes Account and check shattered you have purchased, of May be someone else is using your log on details to buy stuff from your account?
