my ipod Nano (6th Generation) keeps repeating the same song over and over

My ipod Nano keeps playing the same song over and over again. Even when I put it on shuffle, instead of it going to a new song, it just keeps repeating the same song. How do I fix this?

Hello Monica,

The repeat setting can be turned off from the Now Playing screen. Just tap the artwork one time to bring up the additional controls including the repeat and shuffle options. The repeat option should have 2 arrows forming somewhat of a circle. Go ahead and tap it until it turns white.

Did you know what that meant? click the artwork then slide to the right and find the button.
