A week ago i redeemed an itunes gift card straight from my ipad... And i still have credit..but the i received an e-mail as a receipt reading that it was billed to store credit..what does that mean..was i charged in my debit card?? Will i have too pay later??

Store credit is the amount you have redeemed on your iTunes gift card. When you make purchases iTunes will bill to any store credit you have before trying other billing methods like debit/credit cards.
Ok, but how will i get billed in my debit card if in my apple acount i have no cards info on it??
You won't. Whatever credit you have left from your gift card will be used. If that is used up then you will be asked for billing information in the form of a credit/debit card.
