Is an upgrade of my ASUS ADSL2 modem worth it?
I have a WL-600g ADSL modem is it worth upgrading, or are all modems much the same?
Live in Sydney Australia, using bigpond.

i'm using the modem supplied by my ISP, think it's a low-end Zyxel. has been working faithfully for the last 8 years. IMHO, there isn't much difference.
what matters is what deal you have with your ISP. go to http://www.speedtest.net/ and check the speed you're getting. for me, that's 21.28 mbps download and 8.49 mbps upload speed.
