Cupertino Temperature Won't Change

On my weather app, the default was set to Cupertino, CA. Therefore the temperature displayed on the app in the home screen is the Cupertino temperature. However, I went in and deleted Cupertino, and added my home city, but the temperature displayed did not change. Any way to reset the display temperature, so it matches my home city? It's nice to know it's sunny and 73 there, but.......
