How do i remove boot camp absolutely from my mac pro?

You should delete the Bootcamp Partition on Applications/Utilities/Disk Utility/Partition. Use the "minus"button there to delete it. After that, go to the tab "Erase" and click on "Erase Free spaces".

Use Boot Camp Assistant to remove the Boot Camp partition.
