How do I re arrange my favorites list ?

Press Edit on the top left, press and hold the icon with 3 bars to the right of the name, drag it where you want it.

The one I want to move doesn't have the three bars! Any suggestions?

All the other entries have the 3 bars?

Delete it from your favorites and re-add it.

Thanks to both of you, I deleted and added it and it then had the three bars.
