notes gone, please help

I had about 100 notes in the notes application on my iPhone. They were set to save to a school email account. After graduation, my school disabled my account, without telling me and my notes failed to sync. Not knowing my notes were not being backed up, I deleted the school email account from my iPhone. To my surprise, all of my notes that were set to sync with that account were deleted from the Notes application as well!

Any hope of getting them back? Where does the iPhone store deleted files? I have an application called iPhoneBrowser installed on my Windows PC that lets me browse the contents of my iPhone. Thanks!
