Voice memo blocked

Hi all, i'm new on this community.

I recorded a very important conference, which lasts about one hour and forty minutes.IPod appears but no sound, pressing play does not advance the time and not heard. Noteven appear in iTunes.

If I select send via e-mail address of the first eight minutes, nothing happens

I'm sorry if I made mistakes in grammar

i am having the same issue.

i think it is a bug with the new updates for itunes and iphone

Have you tried resetting the iPod?. Nothing will be lost.

Reset iPod touch: Press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home

button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

I have a 10 hour long voice memo that my iPhone can't listen to and iTunes can't get it either. I press play on my iPhone and the app just freezes up. iTunes can see it there but it doesn't sync it. How can I listen to it?
