Q: Waveburner's automation is too coarse

I love Waveburner's deep automation functionality, but what I don't like is how coarse the gain and other controls are. As a mastering engineer, we deal with gain adjustments in the tenths of a dB (like .1dB or -.3dB for example). When drawing automation lines in Waveburner to make these fine adjustments to audio level or plug-in parameters, it's nearly impossible to operate at this level of fine adjustment. I even ran into situations where I couldn't draw the automation line back to 0dB. It would click above or below it, but the adjustment wasn't fine enough to get me back to zero. Felt very cheap and unprofessinoal. It seems that Waveburner's automation geared for very large and coarse adjustments instead. Seems to me that it should be made VERY easy to adjust everything in tenths of a dB, perhaps with a modifier key to enter "fine adjustment" mode or something as found in other programs.

Apple, please offer a fine control option for your automation drawing, or if it's there and I'm missing it, please advise.

Sincerely,
