Apple Id password doesn't work.. can't even reset password.. help!

After purchasing a lot of apps for my iPhone and iPad, recently my Apple Id password doesn't work. So I can't update any of the old apps.

I tried https://iforgot.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/DSiForgot.woa/wa to reset the password, but it is supposed to send me an email with a link to reset password, I never receive the email. I've tried this process many times over last 10 days. And no, the email is not even in the SPAM folder of my email account.

I tried calling Apple Care, but after giving the annoying voice controlled system my iPad serial number, the line gets disconnected.. Happened 3 times this morning.

I tried scheduling an appointment at the local Apple store (Genius bar) and after selecting the time, the site crashes!

Bottomline, Apple is in my bad books and looks like they are turning into another Microsoft.

Enuf whining.. Anyone has an idea what I can do to reset my password? Appreciate any pointers.
