Hi, I have also been trying to find a phone number to call them. Three days ago I posted an email under itunes support. My question was every time I sign in to itunes I get a message saying that I have not verified my itunes id. All of this came about when all my apps were deleted from my ipad. And then I couldn't sign in anymore.
Soon after I received an automated email acknowledging my query. Well when you post a query it says that someone will be in touch within 24 hrs. This was on the 17 May. On the 19May I received an answer asking for some extra info which I sent back immediately. Since my reply I have not heard from anyone about this query and I have been sending emails about this all the time. I also explained that I use my ipad for work and that I have been without my aps since 16May.
I just dont know what else to do, hence the reason that I was trying to get a phone number so I may speak to someone. The thing is that because no one is attending to your query, you dont have anyone to abuse and believe me I am very close to abusing someone. What happens to service after one has purchased a product. In my last email I said that I was going to let people know what was happening to me but the only people I can talk with is the community questions and most of them have queries of their own.
Anyway if anyone has any ideas please let me know. I really am very desperate now.

Have you called apple care and told them that you have been waiting for more then 4 days in regards to your answer from itunes and that you would like to speak to a supervisor about it.
No I havent but it was actually them that told me they could not help me and I needed to talk with itunes themselves. But I will, thanks, I just hope they are open over the weekend.
