hex codes for Apple crayons?

In the new version of Snow Leopard, in the color window/palette (shift+command+C) that appears in an app that supports color choices, there is a 'crayon' color selector. Does anyone know how what the hex codes are for the various crayons? Is there a way I can have it output the hex code for any color that I select with the color window/palette?

In 10.5 (assume it is the same for you) if you select a colour and click on the Palete and choose Web Safe Colours, it will show the hex value ( plus additional ones as well)

A better suggestion may be to use the Digital Color meter found in Applications Utilities. That can give hex values to any colour it mouses over.
