Accidentally Disconnected Magic Mouse from Imac

Hello. I have a 21-inch imac. due to my own stupidity and some other contributing factors, I disconnected the Magic mouse to use on another device. Now, however, I cannot connect back onto the Mac, much less use it. I am very limited to what I can do with only the keyboard. Can somebody please help me reconnect my Magic Mouse to my Imac?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.7)

Greetings,

Ensure you have VERY fresh batteries in the mouse (like just bought from the store batteries so there is no chance they are discharged).
Power the mouse off for 30 seconds.
Power it back on
Click the mouse 7-10 times in a row and see if it pairs

If what Madsion suggested doesn't work, just go to system prefs and go to mouse and then to setup mouse. You may also be able to click on bluetooth and you will see the device there and go to connect mouse.
