How can i use my ipad in canada?

Can someone tell me how to use this program. I am not getting an answer to my question "Is it possible to use your IPad 4G in both Canada and the United States

You can certainly use your iPad in Canada. You'll need to find out from your cellular carrier though if you can use cellular in Canada with paying hige roaming charges.

If there will be roaming charges, or if your carrier will not let you use cellular in Canada, you can still use the iPad. Turn off Cellular in Settings. You can still connect to Wi-Fi anywhere you go.
