I didn't receive a cleaning cloth with my new iMac. Why?

Did you check all the little nooks and crannies of not only the large box, but also the small one? As well as the little plastic envelopes? The cloth is extremely thin and only about 6 x 6 inches - it is really too small to do much of anything on my 27" screen, so I just bought a microfiber cloth, which makes cleaning easy and quick. If you can't find it, but want it, I'd suggest stopping at an Apple store and explaining the situation.

The cleaning cloth that came with the iMac I received a couple of months ago was folded to a square the same size, and was in the same place, as the restore disks and small manuals. It is black in color, not white.

If you can't find it, just visit your friendly, local optometrist and ask for a free microfiber eyeglass cleaning cloth (where I am, they usually give them away inside a free case.) That's all it is, nothing special.

No, there is no email address for Apple; so, either buy a microfiber cloth which works great, stop by an Apple store, or follow the suggestions from the others.

As I said, it really is way too small to do a reasonable job anyway.

The new Mid 2011 iMacs don't come with one anymore according to the Apple website that lists what's included in the box. And like the others have said, they were too small to really do the job anyway.
