Vocal Recording speeds up

Problem...... I recorded a few sessions just a month ago, and had no issues, but today every vocal recording that I attempt is sped-up by 100% or more immediately after stopping the recording. Any suggestions? I can't figure out what is going on and can't slow it down to normal speed. Frustrated. I did not have long to work on this.
