No available disk space?

No available disk space?

Tried to update two apps (Contract Killer and Angry Birds Rio Free). Was given the notification that I needed to download them. I connected to my computer, downloaded said apps, synced to iPod and was told that I had no available disk space to update them. I have 7.8MB of available space. The same thing happened when I tried to take a picture. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

iPod touch, iOS 4.3.2

Using the iPod, go to Settings, general, information and write here the available space. Is it the same or more than the one showed on iTunes?

Have you tried resettng your iPod? Nothing will be lost:

Reset iPod touch: Press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home

button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
