I want a webpage that will let my visitors download graphics I've made. The files are on Dropbox. I know I can get a shareable link and do it. But, is there an automated way? Is there a better way? Should I just store them within the site?

Create a MobileMe gallery in iPhoto and in the gallery settings allow visitors to upload/email photos to it.

Then add the gallery to an iWeb page with the MobileMe widget in iWeb:

Photos that people add via browser or email will automatically be displayed.

My Goal is to have a directory listing from a DropBox public folder. I made this simple one in RapidWeaver. Does iWeb offer something like this?

Not that I know of. If you have a simple html file that you made in RapidWeaver you can use it and embed it in an iWeb page with a html snippet and iFrame code.

Here's an example of embedding a 3rd party blog into an iWeb page: Embed a Site Within an iWeb Page. The code used is included. You might resize the page in DreamWeaver so it's narrower and would fit in the iWeb page easier.
