I just got this macbook today. where is "internet options" or something where i can change my default search engine?

This depends on the browser you are using.
With Safari, at the Safari menu bar go to Safari > Preferences.
Under the General tab at Default Search Engine, you can select from Google, Yahoo, or Bing.
thank you. i did find that, but i was trying, this will probably sound ridiculous, but i was trying to change it to swagbucks. so, i cannot choose anything but the 3: google, yahoo or bing? thanks again for your help.
