How can I update the flash player on my iPad for full access to web sites which require a flash player?

You can't update the Flash Player, because there isn't one in any iOS device. There are 3rd party apps you can download, which may or may not permit you to view some flash videos. A better way to go would be to see if the site you are trying to view has an App in the App store. If they have an app, you can watch any of the content as it's been optmised for HTML5 which plays great on the iPad......

Try iSwifter and Skyfire. ISwifter you can use for free. Skyfire is a paid app though without a lite version.

Those work well for me. Not sure what website you are trying to view. If you post it up I can take a look tomorrow on my iPad using those two apps and let you know if they work.
