Ipad2 no sound with weather channel app. Settings indicate sound level is up. Can anyone help? Thanks

Try reinstalling the App. This might work. Otherwise contact the support : http://www.weather.com/interact/contactus/
You havn't got notifications muted have you ? Depending on what you've got Settings > General > Use Side Switch To set to notifications can be muted either by the switch on the right-hand side of the iPad or via the taskbar (whatever the switch is set to control, the other function is controlled via the left end of the taskbar). I am using the weather channel app and don't have any sound. The sound button is at a Hugh level. Can anyone help?
