Also I can’t login using my work Apple ID I get this message– “We're sorry. Your account could not be created due to system issues. Pleasecontact Apple Support Communities with the information below to create youraccount.” I’ve contacted Apple twice using the web form and heard nothing back for several days. I can’t seem to find an email address or other contact for Apple ID issues – any suggestions?


In the meantime is there an ‘unofficial’ iTunes U administrator community forum? If not then perhaps we should think about starting one.
