isync with address book, will not sync

I used to be able to isync adresss book/contacts with .mac. i recently added my treo palm device to isync, and now i can not sync my address book with .mac or the treo. I reset all devices and went into .mac address book and reset it. I did a forced slow syn too. How can I resolve this? I have mac osX 10.3.9 and have downloaded the palm conduit for isync. i have isync 1.5
