Michael - did you install your 5770 with Lion as the OS - or did you install with Snow Leopard and upgrade to Lion at a later date? I ask because my original card recently died in my 1.1. which is running Lion. I have replaced with a 5770 from the Apple store but it won't boot up. Really don't want to reinstall Snow Leopard as it will screw up my iCloud.

you have four hard drive bays. work with those. you can triple boot.

how are you going to install Lion? not via network install, you were quick and saved the package ESD to use again later?

5770 requires 10.6.5 or later, not the 10.6.3 retail DVD.

And why restart an old thread? got a question don't tag onto someone's and hijack - totally different questions really.
