iTunes downloading and charging me twice

iTunes has started charging me twice and downloading 2 of the same thing on iTunes store. I am very cross this has happened. Please help.

So here's the deal, I bought a movie from Itunes,
It downloaded a little bit, Then said there was an error in downloading, And to try again, So i did.

And it charged me twice, But only downloaded one thing.
