Does anyone know where to get more comprehensive Help on using Calculator.app? The Help files that do exist seems very thin. For example, how do I find the arctan of a number? There is no atan button in Scientific mode, yet under the Help topic there is a long lost of abbreviations used in the app, and it includes atan. What am I missing? Thanks!
Inverse Tangent
The inverse tangent (ATAN or ARCTAN) function is used by clicking on the "ATAN" button or type "ATAN()". The result is valid only from -pi/2 to pi/2.

You are correct that the main display of scientific calculator does not have an arctan button. The button at the top left (with an upward pointing open arrow Icon) is s shift key, and shifts all the trig functions to corresponding inverse trig function, shown as e.g., tan-1

2016... It is now the "2nd" button near the top left... this can be accessed quickly with the shift key for "atan".
