You can't. It doesn't exist.
You can't. It doesn't exist.
The Apple CEO (Steve Jobs) has stated that Apple does not allow Flash on IOS devices. Here is an excerpt from his speech in April of last year:
"Besides the fact that Flash is closed and proprietary, has major technical drawbacks, and doesn’t support touch based devices, there is an even more important reason we do not allow Flash on iPhones, iPods and iPads..."
The entire speech is available at:

If Flash content is important to you, you'll need to use your computer rather than the iPad.
As an alternative you would be able to use flash with an app called Cloud Browse. I believe they have a free version but also heard the paid version is well worth the few extra bucks.
Try iSwifter and Skyfire. I use those to view flash content and they work pretty well. If you are at home you can try splash top as well and it let's you remote access your computer on your iPad and you can watch your flash views that way too since your computer does the work.
I really don't think we should pay for an app to play flash.
Job needs to get a grip and get flash to play on his devices.
See the new blackberry tablet plays flash.
Numerous sites I visit use flash, IPad is only half a device
It's important that you determine if the lack of Flash is a deal-killer for you. If it is, then the iPad is simply not the product that you should have. In my case, yes I do want Flash support but the iPad does have other redeeming qualities. For that reason, I decided to keep my iPad while holding perhaps futile hope that Flash will eventually be supported.
I got the IPad as a gift.
I was quite excited about it.
I follow sport a lot, particularly om BBC.co.uk
The IPad is effectively useless for that web site and I don't blame the BBC
I hope flash will eventually be supported but I don't think it will.
Yes, it has a lot of good qualities
Well going by your standards then the blackberry playbook is just as useless since there is no native contacts app or email app. If you want that you will also have to have a blackberry phone that is capable of tethering using the blackberry bridge app (if allowed by AT&T and Verizon since that would be another fee technically you might be charged for since you will be tethering your phone to you tablet).
Funny how I and many others are able to get by using the iPad and we don't have flash. The majority of people if the want to view flash will try Skyfire, iSwifter, Cloudbrowse, or will look to see if there is an app already dedicated to that thing you want to watch, like ABC Player or CNN.
Hey if doesn't work for you then it doesn't work for you. I am not trying to come off as an Apple fanboy, just trying to make sure you are informed about your product and what options are out there.
Would it be nice if flash was allowed native......sure. But it isn't so you can either get rid of the product, get an app that supports it (we are talking about spending $2 - $4) or go buy something else and hope your happy with it as well. You can't please everyone. Apple has chosen their stance and as you can see by sales numbers they aren't hurting. Infact i just read about a week or so ago on Gizmodo.com that alot of the other tablet making companies are cutting back on the number of units they will be making due to low sales or projected low sales (you can thank the iPad sales for that). Your one purchase isn't going to impact them that much. Instead, someone else will be standing in line behind you ready and happy to get their apple product.
Not sure what exactly you are trying to watch on bbc's website as far as videos for sports bit I just watch this flash video on my iPad 2 and it worked just fine in The Skyfire app.

Just watched the same video using the iSwifter app and again, pretty good results. Those are the two apps I use if I need to watch something in flash. They work well for me.
How about you take this to BBC and complain to them. I see plenty of mainstream content creators that have embraced html5 and have working video on their websites.

Flash is an outdated and should not be used on any type of mobile device. Flash uses so much system resources that all the android devices that use it they do not have the battery life that the ipad has. Steve jobs even said that if Adobe would actually rewrite their code to work on mobile devices he would think about putting it on ios devices. I haven't had a need for flash at all on any of my ios devices and any site that has flash isn't worth visiting anyways.
Also the blackberry tablet doesn't have contacts or email so I guess it is half a device too then. I would take not having flash over not having contacts or email.
Why don't you just use the BBC app from the IPad App Store. That's what I do and it works fine.
You may want to hold off on buying yourself a BB Playbook. In a years time you may not have any support for it possibly considering the road that RIM is going down lately.
I got the iPad as a give and I love it I like playing games and I go to facebook and I like playing the game I do have lot of games that I have gotten in the app store but it is not the same I compete with friends on Facebook and when I travel I don't want to carry iPad and my pc that is why I want to know what can I do
You're going to have to carry your PC. Unfortunately, the iPad does not support Flash and it's unlikely that it ever will.
