i am uploading cds which are store bought and itunes has yet to recongnize any of the tracks (all the cds are on itunes so they are somewhat well known bands)
I have never had a CD it did not know. Are you sure you are connected to the Internet? Go to Safari and see if you can access a web site.
Hi. In addition to Banunit's advice, check iTunes preferences > General tab. Is the "Automatically retrieve CD track names from Internet" checked?
