Hello Jeremie,
It sounds like your headphones aren't fully inserted. Try giving them a little bit more of a push until you hear a clicking noise. You shouldn't see any silver part of the plug sticking out.
If you are unable to do that, make sure the headphone jack is clear of debris and if nothing else, bring it to your local Apple Store/Genius Bar or AASP and see what they can do for you.
