Maybe the yellow printhead is blocked by dried ink?

As Stress Test has said the head for the yellow tank is most likely blocked. The head is not replaced when you replace the ink tank. So you can try a deep head clean which can be done via the Canon IJ Printer Utility. This can be accessed via Print & Fax > Options & Supplies > Utility > Open Printer Utility. Through the same utility you can also print a nozzle test that will shows a small test print from each colour tank.

If the deep clean does not help then the print head will need replacing. The part number is QY6-0067-000 and you can get this from a Canon authorised service agent.
