When my iPhone is switched to vibrate mode for the phone, when I got a txt message it only vibrated once, now all of a sudden its vibrating twice and I did not change any of the settings. I double checked to make sure I was not getting an e-mail notification and I wasn't. Can someone please tell me how to change this back to a once vibrate.

This is a change Apple made with iOS 4.3 so that you can differentiate between email (one vibration) and SMS (two). I do not believe there is any way to change it.
This is such crap!!!! I have e-mail push notifications turned off i'm so mad i updated my software grrrr!!!! FIX this apple!!!!
people get more text messages than e-mail why not do it reverse?!??!?!
