How to activate CMD-button in bootcamp/windows 7?
Is there any way to do this? I have tried several re-mapping programs for the keyboard layout, but I cant get it to work. The program SharpKeys said something like "this key is disabled".

What do you want to use the command key for in Windows. In OSx copy and paste are for example "command c" and "command v" respectively. In Windows you achieve the same by using the "control c" and "control v" keys respectively.
Windows does not use the command key.
Hehe, it's for gaming purposes. I would need to re-bind the CMD-key so it instead works as either ALT or CTRL-key (or any kind of key actually). I would need to do this just because of the placement of the CMD-key!
If you are using an Apple keyboard with Windows, Windows will map the command key to the Windows key. From Wikipedia: "...if an Apple USB keyboard is connected to a PC running Windows, the system assumes the command keys are the Windows keys and assigns them as such."
See here for a complete explanation. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Command_key
So a Windows game will not use the command keys. It may however use the Windows keys.
