I can't get my bresnan email to work on my iphone 4.

I can't get my bresnan email to setup on my iphone 4.I have contacted bresnan and told me to use the 25 for the outgoing and 110 for the incoming port and to put mail.bresnan.net for the host names, but I am still not able to get it to work. Any suggestions?
