i forgot my restriction passcode what i have to do

Do as the manual instructs and restore:
iPod touch User Guide (For iOS 4.3 Software)

You need to restore your iPod to factory defaults/new iPod. If you only restore from backup you wil restore the unknown restrictions passcode.
