I have tried re-installing iTunes, and resetting my iPod Touch and nothing seems to be working. I can still charge the device, but can not sync it with my computer to add or delete new songs. Something seems to be wrong witht he software on my ipod that I can't get it to sync.

I just tried that, but it still said that the device was not installed properly. I started it back up again and thankfully it did like I had it before. Lucky, I thought I had just made my semi-working Ipod into a paperweight. It didn't restore any of the drivers 😟.
