Does Mac have a Startup Folder?

Just recently I noticed that very time I start my 17" MacBook Pro, Outlook 2011 starts up as well. It never used to behave like that, and I have checked and re-checked all my settings, looking for anything that would cause Outlook to automatically start up like that, but have found nothing.

The only "Startup" folder I can find is for Excel, Powerpoint and Word, but nothing for Outlook.

Can someone point me in the right direction to find out why Outlook 2011 starts up automatically when I start my Laptop?
