There should be an EMI option to buy an Iphone in India as India is a vast growing economy probably there should be certain schemes as such provided by the company to sell their product in the market .with this idea the phone will sell like a hot cake give my the views regarding this msg.

I think you are right but i Guess they the company should take the initative to ask the small companies to start up with such an idea not only in India but also in other countries were people want to buy this phone and owe it ,still ill check what you have said is there a suggestion box for apple cause they really should have one
I think the EMI option doesn't work in India unlike U.S as people take the phone and then may default. Then there is no way of tracking the person who defaulted. But I suppose the plan provided by Aircel (to refund complete cost of iPhone 4) is almost same but it is reverse. Thus you pay the complete payment to Aircel and then, company pays you back in each installment. Probability of a big company defaulting is very less.
You can suggest such to Apple, but its really up to the various carriers/providers as to how they want to sell the phone:
That would be up to the carriers/providers. I know that Airtel offered this at one time for the iPhone 3G. So, you need to check with the carriers.

Equal Monthly Installment...Airtel offered this on the iPhone 3G...you got the phone immediately, then paid equal monthly payments for 12 months.
You may want to check with the Credit Card Company as well; Occassionally I've seen my CC Provider converting the bigger purchases to interest free EMI..
