Mac Mail 4.5 signature - social sharing buttons

I am looking for simple steps to help me add social sharing buttons (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) etc, to my email signture in Mac Mail 4.5 instead of the current words (with hyperlinks) I have now.
