I have lost sounds on my games
I like playing mahjong and words with friends
It use to have sound
I have tried deleting and reinstalling....didn't work
I tried notification
I don't know what else to do

Have you got notifications muted (which will affect games) ? If so, then depending on how you've got Settings > General > Use Side Switch To set, it can either be turned off via the switch on the right-hand side, or via the taskbar (double-click the home button, slide the taskbar to the right, and it's the icon far left). Mute is not checked
By not checked do you mean not set via the switch ? If so then have you looked to see if it's muted via the taskar (the function that isn't been used via the switch is set via the left end of the taskbar instead).
If it's not muted via the taskbar, then you could try a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 seconds, after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
