Not All Y-Axis Labels Are Showing Up

I'm trying to create a chart of some assessment data in Numbers '09 and for some reason only one Y-axis label will show.

Are my labels too long? Is there something I can change to get them all to show?

I thought a screenshot might be helpful on this...

Duplicate your document then, shorten the headers for see.

They are really long and I'm not sure that they fit the app requirements (yes, I know that I never saw such written requirements).

To be the AW6 successor, iWork MUST integrate a TRUE DB, not a list organizer !

SM7,

You have the answer from Yvan. Something to try that might overcome the problem is to grab one of the sizing handles on the right side of the chart and drag the right edge to the right as far as you can, or until other labels begin to pop in. When the chart is large enough, more labels will appear, but entire paragraphs are a stretch. They would be better handled by adding text boxes or shapes to label the bars.

Hello

Not really surprising that they used this limit.

But you may try to use the Inspector > Metrics to rotate the titles from 45° or 90°.

Maybe the titles are displayed in such a case.

I'm too busy to test at this time : it's mother's day here.
