Hello. I just ordered my iPad 2 16 gig wi-fi! Unfortunately... I've thought of future use of applications. I had an 8 gig iPod touch before and was a heavy app user. Now my question is can apps be switched around? What I'm saying is I don't need to have infinity blade on my iPad at all times. Is there a way to take it off the iPad for awhile in exchange for another application while still keeping the game data? Thanks.

There is no device limit for the number of iPods, iPads, and iPhones that can be synced with the same iTunes library and iTunes account on the same computer.

All apps on any device should be in your iTunes library on your computer.

3rd party app settings and data created and stored by a 3rd party app is included with the backup for the device, which is updated by iTunes as the first step during the iTunes sync process. The only way to transfer the data included with the backup for a device is to transfer the backup from one device to the other, and it is all or none. Transfer the entire backup or none.
